U.S. Youth Futsal History

Super F League (known then as Kansas City Futsal League) was founded in 1997 with 5 teams. In 2004, the league was renamed Super F League.  Existing leagues in Boston and St. Louis also became part of the Super F League.  At that time, those leagues were among the largest youth futsal leagues in the Unites States and still are today!

In 2005, the Super F League held its first National Futsal Tournament.  It has been consistently the largest national youth futsal tournament in the country.

In 2008 Super F League’s aggressive expansion resulted in over 20 new leagues.  In 2009 and 2010, Super F League continued to add leagues across the country.    The Kansas City, St. Louis, Boston, Cleveland, South Jersey and  Richmond, VA are among the largest leagues in the country.
In Spring of 2011, Super F League changed its name to reflect its prominence in the sport and to more clearly underscore its national influence in developing futsal.  We now operate as United States Youth Futsal and United States Adult Futsal.
