United States Youth Futsal , the fastest growing Futsal organization in the United States, added the Wisconsin Youth Futsal League since November of 2013.  Tozer, the head coach of the Milwaukee Wave and the United States Futsal National Team will be the director of the league. To kick off the league, Tozer and the Milwaukee Wave will be hosting a major youth tournament at the U.S. Cellular Arena. The Wave will also be assisting with the 2014 MKE Futsal Winter League.

Tozer was first introduced to the game of Futsal in 1986 when he was the captain of the United States Futsal National Team that competed at the first international Futsal tournament in Budapest, Hungary.  Since then, Tozer has guided the team for the past 16 years.  As their head coach, Tozer’s teams have played in a record five CONCACAF Championships, winning two CONCACAF Gold medals.  Tozer is only one of two Americans who represent FIFA as a Futsal instructor.

USYF, is the only national Futsal organization sanctioned by U.S. Soccer.  Launched in 2004, USYF offers amateur soccer players an opportunity to play organized Futsal in local leagues.  It does so by supporting entrepreneurial-minded soccer organizers with hands on guidance in building their leagues.  USYF has league throughout the U.S.
