Winter Program 2024

Starting January 3, 2024

Sessions will be offered for the following groups

Additionally, participant athletes will receive IDPs and a newsletter though this program.

Our monthly newsletter, curated for athletes to enhance their winter training experience, will facilitate additional resources for athletes (and parents) to develop their understanding of soccer and improve further on their own time. Topics will include training recommendations, Futsal technique and tactics, soccer technique and tactics, sport psychology, careers in sport, college recruiting, and more.

Individual Development Plans (IDP) will be our way to provide constructive feedback to each participating athlete. That way, in addition to daily feedback athletes receive from coaches during sessions, each athlete will be able to visualize where they are when they begin the program and results gained by the end of the program.
