MISSION OF F5 FUTSAL LEAGUE
To provide the best environment for players of all levels and ages to play and learn the game of futsal. F5 will do this by:

- Delivering an exciting, authentic Futsal experience to player and fan alike.
- Utilizing US Futsal certified referees who understand the spirit and art of the game.
- Matching teams of similar skill in appropriate divisions and age groups where possible - Embracing technique, style, and creativity vs result/score driven atmosphere.

HISTORY OF F5 FUTSAL LEAGUE
2011 was F5's inaugural year. F5 was the first fully sanctioned US Youth Futsal League in NC, and the first group in NC to have referees officially Futsal certified. The NC Inaugural Futsal Referee Certification clinic was held here in Charlotte, NC, hosted by F5 Futsal.

F5 is sanctioned by US Youth Futsal, which is an affiliate of US Soccer and the only US Youth Futsal league in the greater Charlotte area.

F5's Winter League features teams in every age group and gender from U8 through u19. High quality officiating, fair and balanced competition, superior facilities, and outstanding service will be top priority for players, parents, and coaches alike.

2011: The top F5 League teams are eligible to compete in the USYF regional and national championships.

2013: F5 Futsal participants now have the opportunity (if selected) to try out for USYF Regional & National team pool, via USYF I.D. Camps.

2016: The F5 League host our first USYF Regional ID camp in Charlotte, NC.

2017: The F5 League grows to 130+ teams, U8 through U19.

2018: Hosted the first USYF South Atlantic Regional Championship in Charlotte, NC with 36 teams competing.

2020: Move into our new home in Rock Hill, SC.

2022: First summer league.

2023: Hosted the USYF South Atlantic Regional Championship for 6th year with 100+ teams for 3 consecutive years.

UNITED STATES YOUTH FUTSAL is a national futsal organization affiliated with US Soccer. With over 100 leagues throughout the country, 10 Regional Championships and a National Championship, it is the fastest growing futsal organization in the U.S.

US SOCCER – Is the governing body of all soccer in the United States. Its mission is to make soccer, in all its forms, a preeminent sport in the United States and to continue the development of soccer at all recreational and competitive levels.

USSSA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop and expand the game of soccer in the United States. USSSA has been an affiliate of US Soccer since July, 2001.  USSSA registers, sanction and provides insurance for leagues, clubs, academies and players.
