Mission at Global Elite FUTSAL Tucson

To provide a league and training environment for players of all levels and ages to play and learn the game of Futsal.

Our objective is to develop high-performance players, capable of building a successful career as elite-level players.  The program is designed to meet the needs of boys and girls at each stage of their development, from U5 to U18.  

Global Elite FUTSAL Tucson will do this by:

• Putting the PLAYERS first.
• Focusing on skill development and fun vs. winning.
• Putting players in pools and not in teams.
• Matching players and teams of similar skill in appropriate age groups where possible.
• Technical and tactical work.
• Mental (intelligence) conditioning.
• Player specific training.
• Small-sided games with high pace and lots of touches on the ball.
• Coordination and stabilization workouts
• Video analysis and classroom discussions

We strongly believe that Purposeful training, produces permanent results.

We are all about Passion, Control, Technique and Knowledge within the game. We are not like any other program in the area as we focus on DEVELOPMENT. Our main focus is the PLAYER, and he or she goes through a educational process, from INTRO to CORE.

We have INTRO, BASE and CORE programs for players in all ages, from U5 to U18.

Confidence on the ball, receiving a pass under pressure, decision-making in 1v1 situations, and ball retention are all important fundamental skills that we look to develop in young players that are practiced regularly within a game environment in Futsal.

Research indicates that individual’s playing Futsal, receive the ball six times more often than they would do when they are playing 11-a-side football, allowing players to perform more individual techniques such as passes, controls, fakes, feints, dribbles and runs with the ball.

Training and playing Futsal WILL improve the players skill level, and each player in our program, will benefit from this, even in their 11vs11 game.
