In the Central Valley region of California, US Youth Futsal, a U.S. Soccer Affiliate, is partnering with Central Valley Futsal to start a futsal revolution in our community.
Central Valley Futsal is committed to bringing elite level futsal competition and training to our area. We offer both the Central Valley Futsal League and a training club Futsal209 as player development opportunities.
If you want to take your soccer game to the next level, futsal is the sport for you. Research shows that in an average futsal match, players get over 200% more touches on the ball than a traditional indoor soccer game and 600% more touches than an outdoor game. More touches equals more development and more fun.
Central Valley Futsal League is the only league sanctioned by USYF south of Sacramento and north of Southern California. U.S. Youth Futsal is the largest and fastest growing Youth Futsal Organization in the U.S. with over 100 futsal leagues, 17 Elite Player Development Academies, Regional Championships, National Championships, and an Elite Player Regional and National Team ID Program. Coaches form their own teams and enter them into the league. It is recommended that these are competitive level teams.
Central Valley Futsal League
Central Valley Futsal is owned and operated by Gabriel and Kathy Bolton. Gabriel is the long-time head coach for the women's soccer team at Stanislaus State University and a licensed futsal coach. Kathy brings extensive administrative experience to the organization.
The Central Valley Futsal League and Futsal209 operate under the banner of Central Valley Futsal and the leadership of our ownership and the Community Board.
We are dedicated to building a futsal culture in our community that is accessible to all.
We are committed to the following Core Values:
We believe that building a futsal culture means removing barriers to the game. If there is anything we can do to help you establish a futsal culture in your team, club, school, or organization we are here to help. We believe sharing and collaboration are critical to the success of our cause.
Additionally we are committing to eliminating the financial barrier that plagues our pay-to-play soccer culture. No player will be turned away for financial reasons. We ask those that have the means to contribute and those that don't to contribute what they can (if anything). We will also always strive to be a fiscally responsible organization.
