Pittsburgh Futsal League Mission Statement

"Our league is aimed purely to help grow the game of futsal for all Travel, Community and Recreational teams of all skill levels and provide a focus on playing and learning futsal in a fun environment."

 

Team Registration:
Registration Is now open for the 2nd Session of The Pittsburgh Futsal League and will close 1/7/2024

SCHEDULES WILL BE POSTED 1/8/2024. 

*NEW* Teams may choose one of the following locations to play at.

Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena (PISA)

Dates

Session 2 (Starting 1/13/2024 thru 3/3/2024)

Fees

$300 if registered before 12/5/2023 $350 after 12/6/2023 for 6 Games (40 Min matches)

Ref fees- $20 per ref (split between two teams) paid directly to ref(s).

USYF Insurance fee per player $13.50 (Covers player for all leagues/tournaments/ID for 1 year)

Background for coaches and managers $10 each.

Travel Division (D4 & D5 Skill Level)

Recreational Division (D6 & Rec Level)

*NO FUTSAL CLUBS WILL BE PREMITTED IN THE PITTSBURGH FUTSAL LEAGUE.*

We understand teams may have variation of skillset so each coach or team manager to determine the division they feel best fits their players. Teams can contact us to be reevaluated and maybe changed to a better fitting division.

Roster size recommended 7-8 (max 12)

Format 5v5 including Goalkeeper

Unlimited subs on the fly

2 twenty-minute halves.

1 minute time out offered per half

U8 Coed (if we have enough girls' teams then we will offer a girl's bracket) (Birth years 2016 and younger)

U9/U10 Boys and Girls (Birth years 2015-2014)

U11/U12 Boys and Girls (Birth years 2013-2012)

U13/U14 Boys and Girls (Birth years 2011-2010)

U15/U16 Boys and Girls (Birth years 2009-2008)

U17/U18 Boys and Girls (Birth years 2007-2006)

Equipment
The wearing of shin guards will be mandatory for all players. Indoor, flat soled soccer shoes also must be worn. All court players will need the same color jersey on and if not they will need to wear pennies. Goalkeepers will need to have different color jersey than the team.
