Jon Parry


As the organization's Executive Director and one of the founders of U.S. Youth Futsal, Jon is one of the pioneers of futsal in the United States. He is the Director of Futsal KC and a former member of the U.S. Men's National Futsal Team, bringing to U.S. Youth Futsal extensive experience as a futsal player, coach and administrator. Jon also serves as Academy Director for Sporting KC as well as head coach of the club's U19 team. He is also the Central Region FUTSAL I.D. Director.

Peter Vermes


A founder of U.S. Youth Futsal, Peter remains involved in the organization's oversight, concurrent with his role as technical director and head coach of Sporting KC, one of the most successful teams in Major League Soccer. As a former member of the U.S. Soccer Federation Executive Committee and Board of Directors, Peter is the only person to win the MLS Cup as a player and as a coach for the same team.

John Sciore


Responsible for the growth and development of the sport through addition and expansion of local leagues, John works closely with experienced and new leagues to bring U.S. Youth Futsal to as much of the country as possible. He is the director of Gateway Futsal in St. Louis and oversees the U.S. Youth Futsal Regional and National Championships and the Leadership Summit. John's extensive experience and success in the corporate world help the futsal world immensely.

Ty Stauffer


As the organization's Director of Coaching, Ty is responsible for leading the Regional and National Futsal I.D. camps.  Ty's experience as the director of Sportstutor are an enormous asset to U.S. Youth Futsal.  He has created a tremendous program that focuses on Futsal and has continually produced some of the best futsal players in the nation from a city with a population base of less than 60,000 people.  He truly knows how to identify talent and continue to grow and develop it.  His son Lucas Stauffer was the youngest player to ever play for the US Men’s Futsal National Team and is currently a sophomore and Creighton University.

Soorena Farboodmanesh


Responsible for all player and coach development initiatives, Soorena Farboodmanesh works closely with Regional Directors to schedule and run coaching courses and Regional I.D. Camps. He also oversees the National I.D. Camp and the U.S. Youth Futsal Youth National Team program. Soorena is the Director of Officials for the Massachusetts Futsal Association and also a director of Eastern Premier Futsal. 

John Haasis


As Director of Communications, John is responsible for the organization's web site, social media, press releases, videos and media inquiries, as well as the new Youth Futsal Monthly e-zine. His skillset also includes scheduling, strategic planning and logistics.

Keith Tozer


As a Technical Director, Keith Tozer leads both the State and National Futsal I.D. Trials. Keith’s experience as a FIFA Futsal Instructor and 20 years of coaching the US Mens National Team is an excellent asset in creating a national futsal curriculum. He has attended nearly every USYF International trip and coached the USYF International teams.  Keith is a great mentor to all the USYF National Coaching Staff.  The Coaching education program, Futsal I.D. Trials all have benefited incredibly from coach Tozer. 

Ed Marco


Marco is responsible for organizing referee training and instruction for the USYF National tournament, Regional tournaments and FUTSAL I.D. trial.  He will develop a support staff that will provide mentorship, training and instruction at U.S. Youth Futsal events.  

Melissa Knox


Melissa is the primary contact for administrative and communication matters. She works closely with USYF Directors to ensure an exceptional experience for all U.S. Youth Futsal participants.
